This piece felt like a breakthrough for me. The process was very instinctive, and the design was based on the theme of the Green Man, an ancient symbol of wild abundance.

I started to intuitively move toward an acrylic glazing technique, just before beginning a workshop with the outstanding Amanda Sage in July of 2020, in which I learned the mischtechnik method, which has truly allowed my work to level up.
